General King Park
More than a mile of sandy white beach and spectacular blue waters, a beautiful view of the lighthouse and South Pier. A favorite beach-side wedding venue. Children’s playground, and restrooms available.
For more than 100 years, the park’s mineral fountains have attracted people for their supposed healing qualities. Site of summer Farmer’s Market, live music and a Civil War Memorial.
Indian Mound Park
Open Mound Exhibit includes artifacts, replica skeletal materials and 18 animal and geometric effigy burial grounds. Self-guided tour and a boardwalk nature trail through the wetlands.
Kohler-Andrae State Park
Two miles of beach on Lake Michigan, with cord-walk trails, picnic areas, campsites and nature center. State park vehicle sticker required.
Jaycee Quarry Park
Water park inflatables for ages 6 and up, kayak, Stand Up Paddle board rentals and lessons, access to great bike trails and a frisbee golf course.

Ellwood H. May Environmental Park
Located on Sheboygan’s northwest side, gifted to the City in 1974 and now home to a 120-acre public park. Maywood is open daily year-round; the Ecology Center and trails are free for public use.
Sheboygan Dog Park
The only public, fully fenced dog park in Sheboygan County. Ten-acre facility for exercising, training and socializing dogs in a safe park-like setting. Open year round.
