Submit An Event
Are you looking to submit your event to our calendar? We are always on the lookout for the larger, vibrant, tourism-related activities that make Sheboygan a must-visit destination.
Your event will go through an approval process before it is posted to ensure that it contains all the information needed to be added and that it is appropriate for our calendar. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove any event.
The approval criteria are:
- The event promotes Sheboygan as a destination and draws out-of-town visitors
- The event is travel and tourism-related and appeals to visitors and locals alike
- Your event is actively marketed yourself, locally and statewide (or beyond)
- Must be held at a tourism partner organization and/or has an approved special events application through the city
- Events must be open to the public
- Posting must have a link to your website/event link where visitors can find more information
Events NOT likely to be approved:
- Continuous weekly events or extended period of time exhibits (we suggest you mention to look for those in your individual business listing description)
- Non-profit or community-focused events
- Regular happy hours or dining specials (mention those in your individual business listing)
- Events posted by ticket re-sellers
- Open-house events
- Family or class reunions, church functions, political functions, brats fries, craft sales, fundraisers, etc.
If your event falls into one of these categories, we suggest contacting the Sheboygan Area Chamber of Commerce for their community calendar listing.
