Take me to the beach.
For a day filled with sun, volleyball, and sunset bonfires, grab the
family and head to the beach.
Words cannot describe the beauty of the 988-acre Kohler-Andrae State Park. Beaches, sand dunes, hiking trails through the woods, bike trails, and did we mention how incredibly scenic it is?
Deland Park (North Beach)
Protected from the North by North Point Park, and from the South by the lighthouse, North Beach and Deland Park make for a perfect sunny day spot. When it’s not so sunny, keep your eye out for some crazy surfers!
King Park (South Beach)
On the quieter end of town, King Park is perfect for beach finds, picnics, and long walks. Weather permitting, you can walk all the way the Blue Harbor and South Pier. When the wind picks up, look for kite boarders zooming by!
