We have 2020 vision!

The Easiest Resolution You'll Make This Year

IT’S A NEW YEAR PEOPLE!! We have 2020 vision! I already know you’re working hard on those resolutions! You’ve joined a gym and already dropped a few pounds. You’ve also sworn to manage your time and money better – for real this time.

But, did you know there’s one simple thing you can do to improve your physical health, mental well-being, and bang for buck?

Take a vacation!

On the last Tuesday of January (January 28th) it’s National Plan for Vacation Day. This special day encourages you to plan their time off. Why leave those vacation days on the table? Plan that trip!! Avoid “vacation deprivation”!!

Now, the real question is, where to go? *Hint Hint* Sheboygan. The Great Lakes was named a top destination by Travel + Leisure for 2020. Sheboygan is in a prime location on the Great Lakes. Don’t believe me? Well, it’s an hour North of Milwaukee, an hour South of Green Bay, three hours North of Chicago, and five hours from Minneapolis.

Sheboygan’s beaches are bright. The fish are big. The golf is world-class. The food is BOMB!

Visitors come from all over to surf, sail, paddleboard, kayak, jet ski, boat, bike, hike, race, golf, eat, dance, relax, spa, and enjoy!

Winter Months

Winter is usually the time of year when most people just want to simply stay inside there are days when the sun does come out! On days like this, it’d be a shame to miss an opportunity to get outside, enjoy the snow, and create memories. Make a Winter Checklist.

Spring Months

One of the few places to stop at is Bookworm Gardens. This vibrant, playful botanic garden is inspired by children’s literature, the natural world, and imagination. Even if you miss the trees sprouting new leaves and flowers blossoming this Spring, you are sure to see picture perfect blooms throughout the summer.

Summer Months

Daytime highs in the mid-80s, cooling down to the upper 60s at night with warm off-shore breezes. What more do you need? Almost every weekend in Sheboygan there is a different festival or event taking place. Food, heritage, seasons and music create a patchwork of fun and entertainment for everyone!

Fall Months

I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers. I truly believe everyone should take some time to sit and watch the leaves turn. What comes to mind when you think of Fall? Here are some of my favorite fall activities you might put on your Fall Bucket List.
