An event every week that begins at 5:30pm on Tuesday, repeating until August 13, 2019

Yoga poses combined with breathing is a method that integrates the mind, body and spirit to restore health, renew energy and reduce stress. Stretching and basic poses exercise the muscles and joints keeping the body strong and flexible. Class ends with deep relaxation.
